People

We're a solid team, with a broad set of skills and a diverse range of experiences.

Jason Pelletier

Jason is good at hearing what people are really saying, and creating more than they expect.

Jason hails from New Hampshire, and—like Robert Frost—chose Vermont. His work experience started at Stonyfield Farm, where he worked for nine years. From there, he brought his passion for natural products and honest work to Vermont and Seventh Generation. He and Bradley started Found Line to build communication materials that are well-designed, functional, and useful. Currently, these things happen to be software, websites and graphic design—but in the future, who knows? Jason has a passion for art, porch design (and the social constructs surrounding it), and being near the water.

Bradley Holt

Bradley is good at making things work—and explaining how they work.

He loves building standards-based and accessible web applications using free and open source software. He is mostly self-taught, learning computer programming at the age of ten on his second computer, an Apple IIc (his first computer was a Commodore VIC-20). Before starting Found Line, he worked as a contract computer trainer, teaching software applications, network administration, and software development for organizations such as The State of New Hampshire, Daniel Webster College, and Broadcom Corporation. His passion is software development and he strives for maintainability, extensibility, performance, scalability, and security in the software he develops. He is co-author of the Zend Framework Quick Start. Zend Framework is a high-quality, open source web application framework used by both Fortune 500 companies and startups alike.

David Rheaume

Dave is good at seeing what other people miss, and bringing out the beauty that might have gotten lost.

He has been involved in a love affair with art on the computer since high school and went to Champlain College to major in Multimedia and Graphic Design to follow his dream of being a designer. Now his days are filled with runs by the side of beautiful Lake Champlain, climbing and shredding the highest mountain in Vermont with his best friends, listening to a diverse collection of music, saving the world on his Xbox, spending quality time with the girl he loves, and (most importantly of all) working on killer designs for you.

Liz Schlegel

Liz is good at stories—listening to them and telling them. She went to college to become a nurse and came to Vermont to market mutual funds, and is passionate about marketing, sustainability, Vermont, and the Red Sox. She lives with her husband, three children, and golden retriever in an old house in the village of Waterbury, and tries to garden.

Diversity Matters

Male, female, gay, straight, married, civil unioned, partnered, old, young, parent, children, Vermonter, flatlander, musician, artist, geek, believer, atheist, citizen, activist, reader, vegetarian, omnivore, localvore, writer, hiker, biker, snowboarder, skier, snowshoer, dog lover, fish lover, cat lover, cat hater, near-sighted and far-sighted. They all work here. And we look at things from many different perspectives.

Community Matters

We belong to many communities, and we connect within and among them. We believe in the strength of weak ties. We don't bowl alone.

Experience Matters

We count on our experience to help us solve problems. Every day, we bring our collective and individual work, education and life experiences to the table, and share our learnings with each other, our clients and our community. And guess what happens? They share back—and we learn more.

Some of the things we've done:

Communication Matters

Our work is about communication. What kind? You tell us who you need to connect with, and we'll help you find the right communication methods. You're not trying to sell something, you're trying to build a relationship. We'll help you.
